Digitals
As a model, having a current set of digitals is essential. They serve as the initial introduction and are often the first images casting directors and agencies see.
Whether you’re just starting your modeling journey or needing an update, we’ll help you stand out in the competitive modeling world with captivating digitals that help show your potential.

Questions?
Modeling digitals, often simply referred to as “digitals” or “digis”, are a set of simple, unedited photos of a model that showcase their natural appearance and versatility. These typically include a variety of poses and angles, and they are used by modeling agencies to assess a model’s look and potential for bookings. Digitals usually feature minimal or no makeup, and neutral clothing to highlight the model’s features.
Digitals are $80, which includes the session and 4 finished photos.
Add-ons:
- Add a second look and 4 finished photos for $50.
- Additional finished photos are $10 each.
The full session fee is required to reserve your spot. Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you my payment details (Venmo). Please note that the session fee is non-refundable if canceled with less than 5 days’ notice.
Yes! A 12.5% discount off the base session price will be applied in the following situations:
- If you book to update your digitals within 8 months of your previous session
- If the digitals are added to another session, such as headshots
- If you and a friend split a session. However, this option is generally not recommended for newer models, as it may take longer to feel comfortable and achieve the best photos. There is value in having more time to focus on yourself and build confidence in front of the camera.
The photos in this section offer great examples of what to wear. While black is an industry-standard color for modeling digitals, other solid colors are also acceptable.
Choose form-fitting, solid-colored clothing that flatters your body. Basic tops with leggings or fitted jeans work well, and swimsuits or athletic wear are also common. Avoid busy patterns or logos.
We recommend bringing more than one outfit to the session. Please make sure everything is neat and clean.
Preparing for a digitals session involves several key steps:
Skincare: Ensure your skin is clean and moisturized. A good skincare routine helps your skin look fresh and healthy.
Hair: Keep your hair neat and clean. You can style it simply, but avoid elaborate hairstyles or heavy products.
Nails: Nails should be natural, without any bright-colored or glossy polish.
Makeup: Keep makeup minimal to enhance your natural features. We recommend using just translucent powder and lip balm or gloss for a fresh look. If you’re working with or submitting to an agency that permits makeup, a light foundation and some mascara should be sufficient.
Wardrobe: Make sure the clothes you bring are neat, clean, and wrinkle-free, as well as free from pet hair, lint, etc.
Hydration and Rest: Stay hydrated and get a good night’s sleep before the session. This helps you look and feel your best.
Confidence: Bring your confidence and a positive attitude! Being comfortable in front of the camera will help you shine. If you’re feeling a bit unsure, don’t worry—we’re here to help you find your confidence!
It’s generally recommended to update your modeling digitals every 6 to 12 months or whenever your look changes.
Also, If you’re targeting a specific type of modeling (e.g., fashion, commercial, fitness, etc.), updating your digitals to align with those goals can enhance your chances of booking jobs.
Once a month I set aside a day to do nothing but digitals.
I have a model coach at each session to help both new and experienced models get the best photos possible. And having back-to-back sessions creates an efficient and supportive environment where models can come early to observe and learn, and stay to encourage others.
Digitals Day is a great way to update your portfolio, gain experience, and connect with other models. If you’re interested in joining the next session, reach out!
